If you are not completely satisfied with your scale, send it back to us within 90 days of your purchase date for a replacement or refund. Our 90-Day Guarantee is provided by Weigh at Home, and is additional to the manufacturer's warranty. No cost to you.

Exclusions

Weigh at Home's 90-Day Guarantee provides additional peace-of-mind. We want you to be completely satisfied with your scale. Perhaps you've purchased the incorrect scale for your needs, or maybe you aren't satisfied with the performance. Whatever the reason, send it back to us within 90 days of the purchase date and we will make it right. This guarantee does not cover the following:

     • Damaged products due to misuse or accidental breakage

     • Products not purchased from Weigh at Home

     • Special order or custom items
